Grinding Wheels

Cylindrical Grinding Wheels:

JPT manufacture a wide range of grinding wheels that is known for producing high quality abrasives products. It consists in finding out the correct composition of raw materials, combined with correct production procedure for individual application. These are manufactured using aluminum oxide (brown, pink, white & SA) and silicon carbide (black & green). One of the important parts of the grinding wheel is the vitrified bond which joins the grains.

Moreover, JPT use bonds developed for every operation of grinding and thus manufacture wheels upto 500mm in diameter. These are used for centerless grinding, surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. We also design special fine grit wheels for fine polishing before buffing. Our range of grinding wheels is available in grits 320 to 1200 as per FEPA standards.
